Sports talk is a language spoken by many. It is the tongue of congregants at water coolers and barbershops and acquaintances at meetings and parties. Sports talk was the first language blacks and whites ever spoke as equals, and continues to bridge gaps of race, class, gender, and age.

Sports talk is spoken here. At WBBL we try to speak it responsibly and intelligently, realizing that shocking language, generalities, stereotypes, assumptions, and non sequiturs do not contribute to good conversation. We hope you agree as we invite you to use online technology to interact with us and with other fans as never before.

Walk on to WBBL.com
We depend on you to keep our Web site fresh and relevant. In addition to your feedback in our mailbag, your chance to be heard comes by contributing to what is posted on our home page. We regularly update our poll questions, morning Coin Toss, and Inside Slant column. If you would like to any of these we'll make you famous. Of course, until Bill Gates buys us out we don't have any dough for you, but along with a healthy dose of respect you can gain experience, clips, contacts here at the station, and just the old ego boost of seeing your name in print, for all of the Web to see. We'll look at anything you submit, so don't be shy.
